  • Flight information: booking confirmations and itinerary details you provide
  • Dietary and medical information: dietary restrictions and allergies you voluntarily share
  • Mailing address: provided optionally for physical correspondence
  • Messages: content sent through our real-time messaging feature
  • Usage data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited)

How We Use Your Information

  • Coordinate trip logistics (lodging, itineraries, group activities)
  • Process payments and track booking status via Stripe
  • Send transactional emails (booking confirmations, trip updates, reminders) via Resend
  • Deliver real-time notifications and group messages via Pusher
  • Generate trip documents (agreements, itineraries)
  • Provide AI-assisted trip planning features
  • Maintain and improve the platform

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Sharing with Trip Organizers

Trip organizers (hosts and administrators) can view certain information you provide, including your name, email, passport details, dietary restrictions, emergency contacts, flight information, and payment status. This access is necessary to coordinate trip logistics and ensure your safety during travel. Organizers are expected to handle your information responsibly and only for trip-related purposes.

Cookies and Authentication

We use session cookies to keep you signed in after authentication via email magic link. These cookies are essential for the platform to function and are not used for tracking or advertising purposes.

International Data Transfer

Our platform is hosted and our data is stored and processed in the United States. If you are accessing our services from outside the United States, please be aware that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using our services, you consent to this transfer.

Data Security
